What can I do for you?

​I am here for you if you are dealing with undesirable behavior or integrity issues in the workplace. This may include behaviors such as bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and abuse of power, but also situations where integrity is at issue, for example, conflicts of interest, fraud or other unethical behavior.
 
Inappropriate Conduct 
I offer you a safe and confidential place to talk about situations you experience as hurtful or intimidating. Sharing your experiences not only helps to clarify the situation, but is the first step toward an appropriate solution. Together, we review what happened and discuss possible steps you can take so that you can move forward in an environment where you are treated respectfully as an individual.
 
Integrity Issues 
Integrity issues go to the heart of a workplace of integrity. They involve conduct that is inconsistent with established ethical standards, such as fraud, conflict of interest or abuse of power. If you are unsure whether what you are experiencing should be considered an integrity issue because of its complexity, you are not alone. I will help you gain an overview of the incidents and guide you in determining possible next steps.
