My name is Jolanda, external confidential advisor for undesirable conduct and integrity, and founder of BRIDGE2TRUST.
From personal experience, I know how valuable it is to have someone by your side in a complex situation: a support system that listens independently and without judgment. With this belief, I'm committed to supporting others and creating a safe environment where everyone feels heard and supported.
My experience in aviation, (semi-)government, tourism, retail, and IT, both domestically and internationally, is a tremendous asset to my role as a confidential advisor. In all these sectors, people are paramount, and I carry this understanding with me in every situation.
Moreover, my time as an expat taught me how challenging it can be to live and work in an environment that's different from what feels familiar. This experience strengthened my adaptability and deepened my understanding of diverse work cultures. I learned the importance of broadening perspectives and how an inclusive, safe work environment can make all the difference.
As a confidential advisor, I combine empathy, integrity, discretion, and a listening ear to support people and create a safe environment. All these qualities allow me to approach complex situations objectively and without judgment. This allows me to provide engaged and expert guidance toward potential solutions for complex and sensitive workplace situations.
